NVIDIA Showcase Latest Technology

In a press conference event held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, NVIDIA show off their latest technology. What technology they will be present in this 2013? The following short review.

Project Shield
Do you remember the Project Shield that NVIDIA had introduced some time ago? It first appeared at the CES 2013, NVIDIA officially unveils portable gaming device based Tegra 4.

   
Although based on Google Android, Shield comes with a design similar to a game console controller, but is equipped with a 5-inch touch screen. Shield is built with Tegra 4 processor is not only built to be able to handle all the mobile games that now comes with a heavier visualization, but also enables PC games to run on your favorite 5 inch screen it through streaming technology.

GRID
In addition to Project Shield, NVIDIA also introduced the GRID is a solution to a personal cloud server solution that can be controlled remotely. So, you can open the application from the server if the application is running on your own computer. Imagine if you have to render an intricate design drawings on all PCs with low-end processors only. Would be difficult and would take a lot of time right? But, with GRID, it becomes possible. so we do not have to bother with the high-end notebook that is very hard to do it from anywhere.

Interestingly, in the future, with GRID, gamers can play the game a variety of heavy, just a minor hardware alone. Of course, gamers must use a service that utilizes GRID solution for gaming.
